Team Biographies

​Do you want to know a little more about each team member before you arrive

The Retreat Team are here to coordinate your retreat and lead the programme while you are with us.
​
The Volunteer Team work with you during your stay at St. Cassian’s, from leading group sessions and presentations to running activities.

EMMA

​DIRECTOR

Emma is originally from Nottingham.
She studied History and Physical Education at university and she is a qualified teacher.
Emma has worked in other centres for a number of years and has been director at St Cassian's since August 2011.

SARA

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR

Sara is originally from Hermosillo, Son. Mexico. 
She studied Multimedia Production at La Salle university.
She has been a volunteer on different Lasallian projects around the world.
Sara has been working at St Cassian's since November 2019.

Francis

​​​​RETREAT PROGRAMME COORDINATOR​

Francis is originally from the South in Bishop's Stortford, lived in Yorkshire for nearly 20 years, and now is back to the South in Kintbury. 
He studied Sports Journalism at Leeds Trinity University. Volunteered for a year at another Catholic Retreat Centre - YMT. And before coming here worked as a Teacher Assistant.

​IGOR

​​​​RETREAT PROGRAMME COORDINATOR

Igor is originally from Brasília, Brasil. 
He studied basically his whole life in La Salle Sobradinho, which led him into the Lasallian Youth Groups in 2012. 
Igor has been in different Missions around Brasil with La Salle,  joined St. Cassian's Volunteer Team in 2021 and now is part of the Retreat Team.
