The Trustees, Management Committee, Staff and all others working at St. Cassian’s Centre – the Kintbury Experience – are fully committed to protecting children, young people and vulnerable adults at risk from neglect and from any form of abuse, promoting a safe environment for them.
This is built on the foundation of Lasallian Values, our faith traditions and the requirements of the Catholic Safeguarding Standards Agency and set out in the National Safeguarding Standards. Our commitment flows from the fact that we are all made in the image of God and the Church’s common belief in the dignity and uniqueness of every human life.
The Director of St Cassian’s and all who live and work there, are committed to the safeguarding guidelines set out in the Trustees’ Policy.
The purpose of this policy is explain how the Guidelines are applied to the work and activities of the Centre.
